A Juvelook skin booster is a PDLLA and hyaluronic acid treatment, and like other biostimulators it can leave small bumps or a firm lump where it was injected. Many are temporary swelling that settles within days.
A lump that is still felt two weeks after treatment, hurts or feels foreign when touched, seems to be getting harder or larger, or makes expressions feel uneven should be assessed by a specialist.
Juvelook skin booster side effects: what is normal and what is not
Temporary swelling, bruising or redness at the injection sites usually clears within a few days. For the first 24 hours, avoid intense exercise, alcohol and saunas, and do not rub or press the treated area.
A firm nodule that persists beyond that is not something to wait out. Send a photo on WhatsApp with the product and date if you know them, and the clinic will advise on an assessment.

Some small bumps do settle by themselves, but the surface does not show which ones will. The nodule's size, depth and nature decide what helps.
