Rejuran Korea: Types, Sessions and Prices in Seoul

So I want to lay out what it does, what it does not do, and how it really fits into a trip.

If you are researching Rejuran Korea options, the short answer is this: Rejuran is a polynucleotide skin booster that helps skin repair itself, rather than filling or lifting it. It is designed as a course of three sessions about a month apart, which matters a great deal if you are only in Seoul for a week. This guide is for adults abroad who want thicker, calmer, better-hydrated skin and want honest numbers before they message a clinic.

What Rejuran is, and why it comes from salmon DNA

Rejuran is a Korean-developed injectable whose main ingredient is polynucleotide, usually shortened to PN. The PN is made from purified salmon DNA, chosen because it is highly biocompatible with human tissue. That is why you will see it described online simply as a "salmon DNA injection", which sounds stranger than it is.

It is placed into the dermis through many tiny injections. Instead of adding volume, PN supports the environment your skin cells need to recover: fibroblast activity, barrier strength and hydration. In aging or damaged skin, the cells that make collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid slow down, and the skin becomes thin, dry, sensitive and less elastic. Rejuran aims at that underlying condition.

What it does not do matters just as much. It does not lift a jowl, change your face shape or erase a deep fold. If you arrive expecting a lifted jawline, a skin booster will disappoint you, and I would rather say so in writing than in the consultation room.

Rejuran Healer, HB+ and Eye: which one fits which concern

There are three lines I use, and each suits a different skin concern. Choosing between them is the first real decision in any Rejuran Seoul plan.

• Rejuran Healer is the original PN formula for the face and neck. It suits thinner, more sensitive skin, redness and a weakened barrier, plus fine lines and rough texture.
• Rejuran HB+ combines PN with hyaluronic acid and lidocaine. It adds deeper hydration and a more comfortable injection. On the price list it appears as Rejuran HB.
• Rejuran Eye is formulated for the thin skin under and around the eyes, for fine lines, elasticity and overall skin quality there. On our treatment page it is called Rejuran i; it is the same eye-area line.

Worth knowing: Rejuran improves skin quality — texture, hydration, fine lines and resilience. It is not a lifting treatment, and it will not replace a filler where volume is lost. If the main thing bothering you is sagging, tell me first, because the plan will look very different.

PN vs PDRN: what the labels mean

You will also see "PDRN Korea" advertised, sometimes next to Rejuran, sometimes as if it were the same thing. Both PN and PDRN are made from salmon DNA fragments. The difference, in general terms, is the length of those fragments.

PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) is made of shorter chains with a lower molecular weight, and it has a history in wound-healing medicine. PN uses longer chains with a higher molecular weight, which gives a thicker, gel-like material that stays in the tissue a little longer. Both are discussed in the literature as supporting tissue repair; neither is a filler.

Clinics and product labels do not always use these terms consistently, so ask which product and which concentration you are getting. At VOS, the documented option in this family is Rejuran, which is a PN product. The three-session protocol and a short trip to Seoul

The standard protocol is three sessions at one-month intervals. Improvement usually appears within 12 weeks, and results last about six months, with maintenance afterwards. Those are the numbers I work with, and they vary from person to person.

This is where I want to be direct. One trip usually means one session. A single Rejuran session can improve hydration and texture a little, but it is not the full course, and I will not compress three sessions into one week to make a trip look complete. The interval exists because the skin needs time to respond between sessions.

Realistic ways visitors handle this:

• Stay in Seoul for about two months, or return for the second and third sessions.
• Have the first session here and continue with a qualified dermatologist at home, if Rejuran is available where you live.
• Accept one session as a skin-quality boost for the trip, knowing it is a partial result.

Session time is about 30 minutes, including a short setup. Book it early in your stay rather than the day before your flight, so any bumps or marks have time to settle.

What the injection feels like, and the bumps afterwards

Numbing cream goes on first. Then I place small amounts of product with fine needles across the treatment area. You will feel each pass as a quick sting and a sense of pressure; the forehead and around the eyes are usually more sensitive than the cheeks. Rejuran HB+ contains lidocaine, and the manufacturer data cited on our Korean site reports 53% less discomfort with it.

Right after the session, you will see small raised bumps where the product was placed. This is normal with most skin boosters and generally flattens within hours to a day. Minor swelling, bruising or redness can remain for 2–3 days. Most people return to daily activities straight away, but individual reactions differ.

For aftercare, do not wash your face or apply make-up for 24 hours. For about a week, skip saunas, intense exercise and alcohol, wear sunscreen and do not rub or press the treated skin. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have an active skin condition, we need to talk before anything is booked.

The Rejuran Korea price you actually pay depends on three things: which lines you need, how many mL your face takes, and whether a package makes sense. The Face Package lists examples such as Healer for the face 6 cc, Eye for eye wrinkles 2 cc and HB for the lips 1 cc, and any six treatments from the menu qualify. All figures are in KRW before 10% VAT and may change; confirm them on the pricing page or with us before booking.

If you are considering a package but may not return for every session, read the refund rule first. When a prepaid package is partly used and refunded, the treatments received are recalculated at the regular price, and a 10% cancellation fee on the total package applies. For a traveler, paying per session can be the more honest choice.

How I approach Rejuran at VOS

Every plan starts with a consultation with me and a skin assessment, including our 3D skin analysis. I look at skin thickness, barrier condition, redness and where fine lines sit, then decide which line goes where and how many mL are reasonable. Two combinations come up often.
