How much does Rejuran cost in Korea, and is one trip to Seoul worth it when your skin flares at almost everything?
Read this before you build a trip around a single session.
You'll know what moves the cost, what results look like and when, what reviews get right and wrong, and how the three Rejuran types differ, so you can judge whether Seoul fits your skin and your budget.
Hello, I'm Dr. Hongseok Kim, a board-certified dermatologist with 21 years of experience and the medical director of VOS Dermatology Clinic in Gangnam. I do the consultation and the injections myself.
At VOS we carry the full Rejuran line: Healer, HB+ and Rejuran i. The price list is the same for every nationality, and nitrous-oxide sedation is available if the needles are the part you dread.
I'm writing this because most people budget for one session, when the standard protocol is three sessions about a month apart, and the number of trips ends up shaping the bill more than the syringe does.
The cost of Rejuran in Korea comes down to which product you need, how many millilitres go into which areas, and how many of the three sessions you can attend. Everything on a quote is built from those three things.
If you want the figure for your own face, send one daylight photo without makeup on WhatsApp and list the areas you're thinking about, such as cheeks, neck or under the eyes. You'll get a frank view of what's realistic and a quote before you book.

What decides the cost of Rejuran in Korea
The search "how much does Rejuran cost in Korea" has no single answer, because Rejuran is sold by volume and by product line. Two people can book "Rejuran" on the same day and walk out with very different bills. Here is what each part of a quote is made of.
| Cost factor | What it changes | What to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Product line | Healer, HB+ and Rejuran i are listed separately | Which line fits each area |
| Volume and areas | Total millilitres across face, neck, eyes | How many mL your areas need |
| Number of sessions | Standard course is three, a month apart | How many you can fit into your trips |
| Add-ons | Sedation or another treatment in the same visit | Whether it changes your quote |
| VAT | Listed prices exclude VAT | The total with VAT included |
Volume is the number that moves the most. A Healer session on our price list is a 2 mL syringe, while HB+ and Rejuran i are listed by the 1 mL. A full face is one thing. Face plus neck plus the skin under the eyes is a different quote, because it usually means more than one syringe and sometimes more than one product.
This is also why Rejuran quotes don't read like other injectables. Toxins are priced by units, as you'll see in how a masseter injection is priced in units, and lifting devices are priced by shots, which is how a Thermage FLX quote is built. With a booster, ask for the millilitres per area and you'll be able to read the number.
The last factor is your own calendar. Flights and hotel nights aren't on any clinic's price list, but if the course is three sessions and you live far from Seoul, the trips are part of what Rejuran costs you.
Healer, HB+ or Rejuran i: which one is your skin asking for?
All three are polynucleotide (PN) boosters made from purified salmon DNA. The difference is what's added and where they go.
Rejuran Healer is the one for broad areas like the face and neck. It suits sensitive skin, redness and a weakened skin barrier, which is why I think of it first for skin that reacts to actives and lasers.
Rejuran HB+ adds hyaluronic acid for deeper hydration and contains lidocaine, a local anesthetic, so it's usually more comfortable during the injections. If dehydration is your main complaint, or if pain is what has kept you from boosters so far, it's worth asking about.
Rejuran i is formulated for the thin skin around the eyes and targets fine lines there. It's a separate line on the price list, so leave it out of your plan unless the eye area actually bothers you.
Every skin is different, so the product should follow the diagnosis. If your real concern is enlarged pores rather than reactivity, read what shrinks pores and what that costs first, because a booster may not be the right tool. For the full layout of each Rejuran line, there's our guide to Rejuran types and sessions and the Rejuran treatment page.

What results can you expect from Rejuran, and when?
PN works on the conditions your skin needs to repair itself: fibroblast activity, barrier strength and hydration. Micro-injected into the dermis, it supports the skin's own recovery. That's why the change is gradual and builds over the course.
The published evidence fits that picture. A systematic review by Lampridou and colleagues in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology pooled nine small studies of polynucleotide injections. Improvements in texture and pores were most visible around three months, some of those gains faded by six months, and the authors rated the study quality as low to moderate. So the evidence is encouraging but not large, and I'd rather you know that before you spend on a course.
At VOS, the standard protocol is three sessions a month apart, and after the course the effect typically lasts more than six months.
Worth knowing: Rejuran is a booster, not a filler. It won't lift a softening jawline or fill a hollow. If sagging is what you see in the mirror, a lifting device from our skin glow treatments is a different conversation from a booster course.
What do Rejuran reviews get right and wrong?
Forum threads about Rejuran tend to repeat the same four claims. Some hold up medically and some don't.
"It stings more than other boosters." Often true. Rejuran goes in through many small injection points, and many people find it sharper than they expected. HB+ contains lidocaine, and nitrous-oxide sedation is an option at VOS if you're anxious about it.
"You'll have bumps for a day." Also usually true. Small raised points where the product sits are common straight after treatment and generally flatten within a day or so. Bruising can happen too, especially around the eyes.
"One session changed my skin overnight." Be careful with this one. Skin can look plumper right after the injections because of the fluid itself, but the repair effect builds over weeks, and the studies above place the clearest change at around three months.
"A Rejuran serum does the same thing." It doesn't. Topical PN products are cosmetics. Skin research has long shown that molecules much larger than about 500 daltons pass through intact skin poorly (Bos and Meinardi, Experimental Dermatology), and polynucleotides are far larger than that. A serum can moisturize; it can't place PN in the dermis.

How many trips to Seoul does a full Rejuran course take?
In short, this is the question that decides the budget for most visitors, so it gets the longest answer.
The standard course is three sessions about a month apart. If you live in Seoul or fly in often, that's easy. If you're coming from Melbourne or Dubai, three sessions usually means three trips, or a plan where you accept fewer sessions and a smaller effect. Neither choice is wrong, but you should make it knowingly, before the quote, not after.
When you plan the days, check our hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 to 19:00, Friday 10:00 to 20:00, Saturday 10:00 to 16:00, and closed on Wednesdays, Sundays and public holidays. A Friday evening slot can work if you land that morning. The clinic is in front of Dosan Park, an 11-minute walk from Exit 3 of Gangnam-gu Office Station on Line 7.
For the flight home, the small bumps generally settle within a day, but any redness and swelling are easier to watch while you're still in Seoul. If your schedule allows, leave at least one full day between the treatment and your flight, and keep a record of the product, volume and date for your doctor at home. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention also advises medical travelers to arrange follow-up care at home before they leave.
Send your travel dates with your photo, even if they're rough. Whether you can come back in a month or only next year changes which product and how much volume make sense for this visit.

I start with a skin analysis, then choose the product and amount for your face rather than a fixed package. For injectables I hold to exact dosage, never more and never less than the skin needs, and to genuine products. We also use 5μm filter syringes to block micro particles such as ampoule glass fragments.
Say you're in your mid-thirties, your cheeks flush after most actives, a laser treatment at home left you red for a week, and you can be in Seoul for five days in spring and maybe again in autumn. With skin like that, I'd lean toward Healer on the cheeks over any resurfacing device on this trip, because a stronger barrier makes everything you do later easier to tolerate. I wouldn't add Rejuran i unless the eye area actually bothers you, and I'd plan the second session around your autumn dates instead of squeezing two sessions into one trip.
If, on the other hand, your skin is firm and your main worry is a dull tone before a wedding, a booster course spread over months may not match your timeline at all, and I'd tell you that at the consultation.

Rejuran side effects and who should wait
Risks and side effects to know
The common reactions are temporary: redness, small bumps at the injection points, mild swelling, tenderness and sometimes bruising. In the systematic review above, no severe adverse events were reported, and the mild effects usually resolved within a week. Bruising around the eyes can take longer to fade than bumps on the cheeks.
As general medicine, these are reasons to wait or skip it for now:
- an active infection, cold sore or acne flare in the area to be treated
- a recent laser treatment or chemical peel on the same skin
- taking isotretinoin, or blood thinners that make bruising more likely
- pregnancy or breastfeeding
- an allergy to fish or salmon-derived ingredients, or to lidocaine if HB+ is planned
If something feels wrong after you fly home, such as pain that gets worse instead of better, redness that spreads, warmth, pus or a fever, see a doctor where you are without waiting, and bring the record of what was injected and when. Mild bumps and faint bruising that fade day by day are expected. Getting worse is the signal to act.

Before you message us
To get the figure for your own case, send two daylight photos without makeup, one from the front and one from the side, on WhatsApp at https://wa.me/821096974628. Add your travel dates and one line on anything that matters for safety, such as a fish allergy, a recent laser or isotretinoin. Then ask the one question that shapes the quote: "How many millilitres would my areas need, and what would that cost with VAT?"
When you come to Seoul, I examine your skin in person and recommend the product and volume that fit it. Results vary from person to person.
