Rejuran Injection Cost Korea: What Counts? Results & Reviews
Rejuran injection cost Korea depends on product, mL, sessions and sedation. Dr. Hongseok Kim of VOS Dermatology, Gangnam, explains each and what to send.

Rejuran injection cost Korea: does the figure you were quoted cover one syringe, or the three sessions your skin may actually need?
Read this before you book a slot or a flight.
You'll know what decides the cost of Rejuran in Seoul, what results to expect and when, what reviews get right and wrong, and how the three types differ, so you can match a plan to your skin, your trips and your budget.
Hello, I'm Dr. Hongseok Kim, a board-certified dermatologist with 21 years of experience and the Medical Director of VOS Dermatology Clinic in Gangnam. I do the consultation and the injections myself.
Here, Rejuran comes in the full line (Healer, Rejuran i and HB+), the listed price is the same for every nationality, and injectables are given with a 5 μm filter syringe at an exact dose.
I wrote this because many of the quotes people compare count different things: one syringe against a full course, or a face against a face and neck.
The cost of a Rejuran injection in Korea comes down to which product you need, how many mL your area takes, how many sessions fit your visits, and whether you add sedation or other treatments. Because the standard course is three sessions a month apart, the useful number is the cost of the course.
If you want the figure for your own face, send one front photo taken in daylight on WhatsApp, name the area that bothers you most (cheeks, under the eyes or neck), and ask how many mL that area would take.

What is Rejuran, and how do the three types differ?
Rejuran is a polynucleotide (PN) skin booster made from purified salmon DNA. It's micro-injected into the dermis, where PN supports the conditions your skin uses to repair itself: fibroblast activity, barrier strength and hydration. It doesn't fill a fold the way a hyaluronic acid filler does, so the change builds over weeks as the skin recovers. If the salmon part makes you hesitate, I've written about what is really in a salmon DNA syringe.
The type matters for cost because each one is listed separately and used in different amounts. Rejuran Healer is for broad areas like the face and neck, where the goals are elasticity, barrier strength and fine lines. Rejuran i is formulated for the thin skin around the eyes, for fine lines and the look of dark circles. Rejuran HB+ adds hyaluronic acid for deeper hydration and lidocaine for less discomfort during treatment.
Which one fits is mostly a question of where your concern sits. Dull, dry cheeks and early neck lines usually make it a Healer conversation. Crinkling under the eyes makes it a Rejuran i conversation. My overview of Rejuran types and sessions in Seoul goes further, and the Rejuran treatment page shows each line.
What decides the Rejuran injection cost in Korea
When people search “rejuran injection cost Korea”, the number they usually find is for one syringe of one product. A real quote is product times amount times sessions, plus anything you add, and each of those moves for a reason you can check.
| Factor | What it changes | What to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Product | Healer, Rejuran i or HB+, each listed separately | Which type fits my area? |
| Amount | Listed by syringe volume; face, eyes and neck are separate areas | How many mL does my area need? |
| Sessions | The standard course is three, about a month apart | How many sessions fit my trips? |
| Comfort | HB+ contains lidocaine; nitrous oxide sedation is offered | Does sedation add to my quote? |
| Extras | Anything added on the day is its own item | What exactly does this figure include? |
Product and area come first. Our list prices Rejuran by product and syringe volume, so a face, an eye area and a neck are each their own line. Two quotes that look far apart often turn out to be for different volumes.
Sessions come next. With three sessions a month apart as the standard course, a one-visit figure is the first third of the plan. If you can come to Seoul only once, that visit costs less, and it also does less.
Comfort can change the figure. HB+ already contains lidocaine, and the clinic offers nitrous oxide sedation. If you'd like sedation, ask whether it adds to your quote.
Your days in Korea are part of the cost even though they never appear on a clinic quote. Each session means a flight and nights in Seoul, so lining the three sessions up with trips you're already making is the part of the total you control most. The listed price is the same whatever passport you hold, and VAT is added on top.
Worth knowing: Prices on our list are before VAT and can change, and a quote covers only the product and volume written on it. If two quotes differ, compare the mL and the number of sessions before anything else.
To get the figure for your own case, ask on WhatsApp what Rejuran would cost for the area and the number of sessions you have in mind.

How many sessions, and how do they fit your trips?
Three sessions about a month apart is the standard protocol, and results typically last over six months. The spacing gives the skin time to respond before the next round, which is why I wouldn't compress three sessions into one week.
Clinic days shape your plan more than people expect. We're open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10:00–19:00, Friday until 20:00 and Saturday 10:00–16:00, and closed on Wednesdays, Sundays and public holidays. If you land on a Tuesday night, your earliest appointment is Thursday. If you only have a weekend, Saturday is the day to plan around.
Say you're in your late thirties, your cheeks feel dry and look slightly crepey, and faint lines are starting on your neck. You can come to Seoul for work three months in a row. I'd reason that Healer for the face across all three visits is the core, and the neck is worth adding if the budget allows, because it's a separate area with its own volume.
If instead you can come only once this year, I'd tell you plainly that one session is the start of a course. For many people the first change is in hydration rather than in lines, and that's worth knowing before you spend on the flight.
If you're working out whether your dates allow a full course, send the dates you can be in Seoul on WhatsApp, together with any skin treatments you've had in the last three months, and ask how many sessions those dates allow.

Most people notice hydration and a smoother surface first, and fine texture and early lines change more slowly across the course. Rejuran works on skin quality. It won't lift a sagging jawline or restore lost volume, and if that's your main concern, the lifting and volume options on our face line treatments page are a different conversation.
A systematic review of polynucleotides in esthetic medicine, published in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, found encouraging results for skin quality and also noted that many of the studies are small and use different protocols. That matches how I set expectations: a gradual improvement in texture and hydration for many people, without a dramatic change. Results vary from person to person, with age, sun exposure and skin type all playing a part.

What do reviews get right and wrong about Rejuran?
Review threads repeat a handful of claims. Some hold up medically, and some don't.
“It hurts more than I expected.” Partly true. Rejuran goes in as many small injections into the dermis, and you feel them. HB+ contains lidocaine, topical numbing is common for skin booster injections, and sedation exists for people who find needles hard.
“My face was bumpy afterwards.” True, and expected. The product sits in small raised spots that usually flatten within a day or so. Pinpoint marks and small bruises can take a few days.
“One session gave me glass skin.” That isn't what the treatment is designed to do. Some people see a hydrated glow within days, but the repair-driven change is gradual and builds across the course.
“It's just fish sperm.” The PN in Rejuran comes from salmon DNA that is purified for high biocompatibility with human tissue. If you have a fish or salmon allergy, say so before any booster.
How I approach a Rejuran plan for visitors
Every skin is different, and I think the diagnosis and the plan have to differ too. So I start with a skin analysis, then choose the product, the amount and the areas for your face.
For injectables I keep to an exact dose, no more and no less than your skin needs, and I use genuine products only. That also keeps a quote readable: it reflects the volume your skin needs.
Doctor's note
When the main complaint is dryness and fine texture, I'd rather spend your budget on finishing a course of the right product than on spreading one session across too many areas. Three sessions on the cheeks usually tell you more about how your skin responds than one session on everything. And if a photo shows the problem is sagging rather than texture, I'll say Rejuran is the wrong tool.
Visitors sometimes ask to add a drip on the same day. Drips are separate treatments with separate costs and a different purpose. My posts on what a Korean glutathione injection can and cannot do and on the pink glutathione drip explain them, so you can decide whether they belong in your budget at all.

Risks and side effects to know
The common reactions are temporary: small raised bumps for about a day, redness, mild swelling, pinpoint marks and sometimes bruising that can take a few days to fade. Tenderness at the injection points is usual for a day or two.
As general medicine, it's wiser to wait or skip Rejuran if you have an active skin infection, cold sores or inflammation in the area, if you've had a laser or peel there very recently, if you're taking or recently stopped isotretinoin, if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you're allergic to fish or salmon-derived products or to lidocaine (relevant for HB+). Tell me about recent treatments and any medicines before the injection.
After you fly home, watch for redness that spreads, warmth, increasing pain or pus, which can point to infection. See a doctor locally without waiting, and send photos to us on WhatsApp as well. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention advises medical travelers to keep copies of their records and to plan follow-up care at home before they leave, which is sensible for any injection abroad.
Whether Rejuran suits you is decided when I examine your skin in person.

Before you message us
Send one front photo of your face in daylight without makeup, plus your travel dates, and ask one question: which Rejuran, how many mL and how many sessions would suit this area, and what would that cost? You'll get an honest answer about what's realistic, and a quote, before you book.
When you come in, I'll examine your skin first and recommend the product, amount and session plan that fit it. Results vary from person to person.
