Ultherapy Price in Korea: PRIME Shots, Eye and Programs

At VOS Dermatology Clinic in Gangnam I see each patient myself, from the first consultation to the last Ultherapy shot, one person at a time. Messages from abroad about Ultherapy usually open with the same question about cost, so I would like to answer it plainly here, with the real figures.

The short answer on Ultherapy price at VOS: Ultherapy PRIME is listed at ₩600,000 for 100 shots, ₩1,800,000 for 300 shots and ₩3,600,000 for 600 shots, in KRW before 10% VAT. This article is for people who already know roughly what the treatment does and now want to know what those figures buy, what changes the total, and how to get a firm quote before flying. The official Ultherapy PRIME price list at VOS

These are the Ultherapy items on our official English price list, updated in August 2026. I have copied them exactly as they appear.

All prices are in Korean Won before 10% VAT, which is added where applicable, and they may change without prior notice. The current figures are on our pricing page. The same pricing applies to all nationalities, so the Ultherapy Korea price a visitor sees is the one a Seoul resident sees too.

The Ultherapy PRIME price and the PRIME Eye price follow the same steps at 100 and 300 shots. Where they differ is the largest option: 600 shots for the face and neck line, 400 shots for the eye area. That difference reflects the size of the area, not a different grade of treatment.

What a "shot" is and why the list is priced by shots

A shot is one pulse of micro-focused ultrasound delivered through the transducer at a set depth. Ultherapy PRIME can target 1.5mm, 3.0mm and 4.5mm, reaching the SMAS layer, the same supportive layer a surgeon tightens in a facelift. Each pulse creates a tiny point of heat, around 60–70°C, which starts collagen remodeling.

So when someone asks how much is Ultherapy in Korea, the more precise question is how many pulses, at which depths, over which area. Minutes in the chair tell you very little. The shot count is the actual amount of treatment you receive, which is why the list is organized around it.

The eye option is its own treatment, aimed at the upper eyelids and brow. The skin there is thin and the anatomy is different from the cheek, so it is planned and priced as a separate item. It is not a slice of the face treatment sold off on its own.

What changes your Ultherapy cost in Korea

The listed figure is fixed for each option. What moves your total is which options you need and whether they are combined. In practice, four things decide it.

• Area. A brow lift alone needs far fewer shots than the lower face, jawline and under the chin together.
• Degree of laxity. Looser tissue over a wider area needs more coverage to give the ultrasound something to work on.
• Face plus eye. Treating the eye area adds its own line from the PRIME Eye list, because it uses a separate plan.
• Combination with tightening. Ultherapy lifts from the deeper layer. If surface firmness is also a concern, a skin-tightening device is added, and that is where the two signature programs come in.

Nitrous-oxide sedation is available if you are anxious about the sensation of heat. Ask on WhatsApp how it affects your quote, so you have the figure before you decide.

Ultherapy cost in Korea at VOS is not built around extras you did not request. If the plan changes after your consultation, the change is explained and quoted before treatment starts.

The two signature programs, line by line

Two programs on the list combine Ultherapy PRIME with Sofwave, a SUPERB ultrasound device that works on skin firmness and elasticity rather than deep lifting. Here is what each one contains, taken from the official list.

The Signature Lift & Tightening Package is listed at ₩4,900,000. In the signature programs section of the same list, the Lift & Tighten Program is set out as Ultherapy PRIME (600 shots) with Sofwave (200 shots). Bought as separate lines, those two items are listed at ₩3,600,000 and ₩2,400,000.

The Signature Eye Rejuvenation Program is listed at ₩3,060,000. It includes Juveàcell 8% (1 syringe), Ultherapy PRIME Eye (300 shots) and Sofwave (50 shots). As separate lines, Juveàcell 8% is listed at ₩1,000,000 per vial, Ultherapy PRIME Eye 300 shots at ₩1,800,000 and Sofwave 50 shots at ₩600,000.

A program is only good value if you need every part of it. If your concern is lowered brows and a softening jawline, with skin firmness that is still fine, Ultherapy alone may be enough. I will tell you that at consultation rather than steer you toward the larger figure.

One practical note on prepaid packages. If a package is partly used and you ask for a refund, the list states that the treatments already received are recalculated at their regular, non-discounted prices, and a cancellation fee of 10% of the total package price applies. Any remaining balance is then refunded.

How I approach an Ultherapy quote

I perform every Ultherapy session myself. Nothing is handed to another doctor partway through, and the person who plans your shot count is the person who delivers it.

I place shots at 1mm intervals rather than in an irregular pattern, and I check the depth on the DeepSEE image before firing. It is a slower, more deliberate session. The session still takes under 1 hour, and a 3-step pain management system is part of it.

The number of shots on your plan is the number I deliver, through a genuine Ultherapy device and genuine tips. Unauthorized tips are a known cause of side effects, which is one reason VOS uses only authentic devices and tips. Whatever clinic you choose, ask to see the shot count on your quote and ask whether the tip is genuine.

After treatment, the Open Chart System records what was done, so you have a clear note of the areas and shot count. VOS also runs an Ulthera membership that adds points for each session based on the number of shots, which can be used toward future treatments.

Worth knowing: A quote made from photos is provisional. I set the final shot count only after I have examined your face in person, and that can mean fewer shots than you expected, a different option, or my advice not to treat at all. A lower shot count spread over a wide area tends to give a result that simply does not arrive, and I would rather say so than sell it.

Collagen builds over 2–3 months, and a single session is designed to last up to 1 year. Results vary from person to person.

Ultherapy vs Thermage on price

Many people who ask about Ultherapy are also weighing Thermage. At VOS, Thermage FLX 600 shots is listed at ₩2,400,000 and Thermage FLX Eye 450 shots at ₩2,200,000, in KRW before 10% VAT and subject to change. I explain those figures in my Thermage cost article.

Please do not compare shot numbers across the two devices. An Ultherapy shot is a focused point of ultrasound at a set depth; a Thermage shot is a pulse of radiofrequency that heats the dermis as a field. The units are not the same thing.

The more useful question is which problem you have. Lowered brows and a softening jawline point toward Ultherapy PRIME. Overall firmness and crepey skin point toward radiofrequency tightening. Some faces need both, and I walk through that decision in Ultherapy vs Thermage.
