Korean Glass Skin Facial Price: What Each Step Costs

At VOS Dermatology Clinic in Gangnam I do the consultation and the treatment myself for every patient, one person at a time. When visitors ask me about a glass skin facial, the second message is nearly always about cost, so I want to set out the numbers clearly in one place.

The Korean glass skin facial price at VOS is not a single figure, because the facial is built from separate steps. MiraJet is listed at ₩300,000 per session and HILO WAVE 2 mL at ₩600,000, while HydraFacial is quoted after consultation; all listed prices are in KRW before 10% VAT and may change, as shown on our pricing page. Why a glass skin facial has no single price

A spa can put one price on a glass skin facial because it sells one menu item. In a dermatology clinic, the name describes a plan, and the plan changes with the skin. One person needs only a deep cleanse. Another needs a cleanse plus needle-free hydration. A third needs an injectable booster because the dryness sits deep in the dermis.

So I price the steps, not the name. That makes the quote longer to explain, but it means you pay for what your skin actually receives. It also means two friends travelling together may leave with different totals, and both can be right.

When you compare prices online, check what each offer includes. A low figure for a "glass skin facial" elsewhere may cover only a surface facial with masks and serums. A higher figure may include an injectable booster. Unless you know which layer each step reaches, the numbers are not comparing the same thing.

The listed prices, step by step

These figures are copied exactly from our official English price list. They are in Korean Won before 10% VAT, the same pricing applies to all nationalities, and prices may change without prior notice. Please confirm the current figures on the pricing page before you travel.

The first three rows are the core of most glass-skin facial plans. Rejuran appears because red, sensitive skin sometimes does better with a repair-focused booster than with a stronger step. Sedation is optional and only relevant if needles make you anxious.

How HydraFacial is quoted

HydraFacial is the cleansing step: a vacuum device cleared by the FDA, CE and the Korean KFDA that exfoliates, clears pores and infuses serums in about 30 minutes, with no anaesthesia and no downtime. VOS is a designated HydraFacial Black Diamond Center. It is not on our current official English price list, so I do not write a figure for it here.

Worth knowing: A lower total is not the same as better value. If your skin is dry and thin, a cleanse alone will look lovely for a few days and then fade. Tell me what you want the glow to do, and for how long, before we talk about numbers.

Three common combinations and how the bill builds

Most glass skin facial plans at VOS fall into one of three shapes. The listed parts add together; the HydraFacial part is the quoted figure.

Cleanse only. HydraFacial on its own. It suits congested, dull skin and anyone with an event a day or two away. The cost is the HydraFacial quote.

Cleanse plus needle-free hydration. HydraFacial followed by MiraJet, which delivers hyaluronic acid, vitamins and growth factors into the dermis with a high-pressure jet. The listed part is ₩300,000 per session, plus the HydraFacial quote. MiraJet is not suitable for atopic or keloid-prone skin.

Cleanse plus an injectable booster. HydraFacial with HILO WAVE, a hyaluronic acid biostimulator. The listed part is ₩600,000 for 2 mL, plus the HydraFacial quote. Some plans also include MiraJet, and then its ₩300,000 is added.

All listed figures here are in KRW before 10% VAT and may change. I decide which combination fits after seeing your skin, not from the total you would like to spend, though I am glad to tell you where the cheaper option is enough.

What changes the total

Beyond which steps you choose, a handful of things move the final figure:

• Amount of product. HILO WAVE is listed by volume. A larger face or drier skin may need more than 2 mL.
• Number of sessions. MiraJet is listed per session. One session typically holds 3–6 months; some people repeat it.
• Larger options. HILO WAVE 6 mL is listed at ₩1,620,000, which works out to ₩540,000 per treatment, for people planning repeat visits.
• Comfort. Nitrous oxide sedation is listed at ₩50,000 per treatment if you want it.
• VAT. 10% VAT is added where applicable on top of the listed price.

What does not change the figure: your nationality, the language you speak or how you found us.

Paying per visit vs a package on a short trip

For most glass skin facial visitors, I suggest paying per visit. A facial is often a one-off before an event, and a prepaid package only helps if you will use it.

If you do buy a package and stop partway, the refund rule matters. The treatments you have already received are recalculated at the regular, non-discounted price, a 10% cancellation fee on the total package applies, and the remaining balance is refunded. For a traveller whose plans may change, that can outweigh the discount. I would rather you know this before paying than after.

How I keep a glass skin facial quote honest

I start with a short consultation and our 3D skin analysis, then choose the fewest steps that close the gap between your skin and the result you want. If a cleanse is enough, I say so. If your skin is red and reactive, I may suggest Rejuran instead of a stronger step, even if it changes the plan you arrived with.

Timing also affects value. If you have an event in two days, I will not suggest a booster that may leave a small bruise, even if it would give a longer-lasting glow. A cheaper, gentler step that suits your date is the better use of your money on that trip.

I do not add steps to make a visit feel bigger, and our team writes out the quote before anything starts. You can check every listed figure against the official list yourself. Results and the length of the glow vary from person to person, and I tell you honestly how long each step is likely to hold.
