Sculptra Korea Price: Vials, Course Cost and Quotes

When people abroad message me about Sculptra, the conversation turns to cost within a line or two, so I want to lay out the numbers and the reasoning behind them in one place.

The short answer on the Sculptra Korea price at VOS: 1 vial is listed at ₩1,000,000 and 3 vials at ₩2,100,000, which works out to ₩700,000 per vial, in KRW before 10% VAT. What you actually pay depends on how many vials your face needs across the course. The Sculptra price list at VOS, line by line

These are the official figures from our English price list, updated in August 2026 and copied exactly. I have added the other collagen-building injectables from the same section, because most people compare them at some point.

All prices are in Korean Won before 10% VAT, which is added where applicable, and they may change without prior notice. The current list is on our pricing page. The same pricing applies to all nationalities, so the Sculptra price Korea residents see is the price visitors see.

Why Sculptra is priced per vial

Sculptra arrives as a powder of poly-L-lactic acid in a sealed vial. It is mixed with sterile water before treatment and placed deep in the skin, where it prompts your own collagen to rebuild. The vial is the unit of product, so the vial is the unit of price.

That differs from how many people think about injectables. With a lifting device you pay for shots, and with a filler you pay per syringe. With Sculptra you are buying an amount of collagen stimulus, and that amount has to match the area of volume loss.

It also means the price per vial is not the price of a result. One vial treats a certain amount of tissue. Whether that is enough for your face is a medical question, not a pricing one.

What decides how many vials you need

This is the part that moves your total the most, and it is the part I cannot answer from a message alone. In general terms, the vial count depends on four things.

• How much volume has gone. Mild flattening of the cheeks needs less product than deep hollowing at the temples and midface.
• How many areas are involved. Nasolabial folds, cheeks, cheekbones and temples can each be part of a plan, and each adds to the amount.
• Skin thickness and quality. Thin skin is treated with more care and sometimes more gradually.
• How your skin responded before. If you have had Sculptra or another biostimulator, that history changes the plan.

I examine these in person, with our 3D skin analysis, before I confirm the number. A photo lets me say whether Sculptra looks like a reasonable option, and roughly which listed option you may be looking at. It does not let me promise a vial count.

Worth knowing: More vials in one sitting do not make collagen grow faster. Collagen builds over weeks, so the sensible way to reach a larger total volume is to spread it across sessions. If a plan puts a large amount into one spot on one day, ask why.

How a monthly course shapes the total

On our treatment information, Sculptra is described as a course of 3 sessions at monthly intervals, with results visible from about 4–6 weeks and usually lasting about 2 years, which varies. That schedule matters for cost in two ways.

First, the three-vial option on the list lines up with a course. At ₩700,000 per vial instead of ₩1,000,000 for a single vial, in KRW before 10% VAT, it lowers the per-vial figure if your plan genuinely needs three. It does not make sense to buy three vials if your face needs one, and I will tell you if that is the case.

Second, a course means time. Each session takes within 1 hour, but the sessions sit about a month apart. For a visitor, that usually means one session per trip. When you work out what Sculptra in Seoul really costs you, count the travel as well as the vials.

Put simply, four things set your real total: the number of vials, the number of sessions, whether you can return to Seoul between them, and any comfort options you choose. Only the first two appear on the invoice as treatment lines; the trips are yours to plan, and we help you plan them.

What the listed price covers, and what it does not

The listed price is for the product and the treatment. At VOS I do the consultation and the injections myself, so nothing in your plan is handed to another doctor partway through.

Numbing cream is part of the session. If you want more comfort, the list includes separate comfort options: nitrous oxide sedation at ₩50,000 per treatment and intravenous pain management at ₩100,000 per treatment, in KRW before 10% VAT and subject to change. Most people do not need them for Sculptra, but they are there if you are anxious about needles.

Aftercare is simple and does not carry a fee. Temporary swelling or bruising for a few days is possible. Avoid intense exercise and alcohol afterwards, and do not rub the area hard. Recovery varies from person to person.

One more line from our price-list notices is worth reading before you prepay a multi-vial option. If a prepaid package is partly used and you ask for a refund, the treatments you received are recalculated at the regular price, a 10% cancellation fee on the total package price applies, and the rest is refunded.

Sculptra price compared with other collagen builders

People reading about Sculptra cost in Seoul often land on Juvelook and Lafullen too. On the list, Sculptra and JUVELOOK Volume share the same figures per vial. Lafullen and Radiesse are priced per syringe, at different levels. Those numbers look easy to compare, but the products are not interchangeable.

• Sculptra is PLLA. It rebuilds deeper volume gradually, with a long result.

How I put together a Sculptra quote

A quote from me starts with a question, not a number: what has changed in your face, and where. I look at the temples, cheekbones, cheeks and the folds beside the nose. I check skin thickness and whether sagging or volume loss is the bigger problem, because sagging is a job for a lifting device rather than for Sculptra.

Then I match the plan to a listed option. If one vial answers the concern, the quote is one vial. If a course of three is justified, I explain why and how the sessions could fit your travel. What I avoid is quoting a large total to make a single trip feel complete. Collagen does not respond to a deadline, and a rushed plan wastes product.
